110-300-0165(2)(c) Licensee had cords accessible from an orange; extension cord in the infant bathroom area. Cords to refrigerator in infant room needs to be made inaccessible. Hanging cord with children’s gloves on them in a shed was accessible. 110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensee had plastic bags accessible in the infant room drawer, in the toddler room under the sink. 110-300-0165(3)(a) Licensee had exposed staples protruding out of the white lattice by the exit back gate, and sharp metal edges on a hanging chalkboard outside in the front play area. 110-300-0165(3)(b) Licensee had a wall heater accessible to the children in the infant room bathroom that was hot to the touch and could cause a burn. Licensee also had a hanging heater in the outdoor shed area accessible for children to touch while hanging gloves on to dry. 110-300-0165(3)(f) Licensee has a a large shelf in the infant bathroom that is not anchored to the wall, in the main child care bathroom area there are six clear drawers not attached to the wall creating a tipping hazard, a black cubbies in the toddler room not attached to the wall, a total of twenty five plants that are not anchored to several shelves, and eight in window ceils in the toddler room creating a tipping hazard. 110-300-0165(3)(g) Licensee has a broken piece of wood brown lattice on the play platform that needs to be replaced that is damaged and broken. 110-300-0165(4)(e) Licensee water temperature is current 127.1F and is not supposed to be over 120. Fahrenheit. 110-300-0165(5)(f) Licensee has extension cords being used in the infant bathroom to run a mini refrigerator, and a Keurig. Licensee has extension cords in outdoor shed running a portable heater and lights.
